1972
Teh Cap Panglima
The first brand of Tea Dust was established together with Sin Seng Yap in 1972. Tea Dust became an acclaimed brand of tea that is typically sold at mamak stalls and supermarkets for 48 years (up to the year 2020).
Rose Amina Syrup
Also in 1972, the company developed the well known cordial drink called Rose Amina Sirap. This syrup happened to be the Rose Syrup in Malaysia. Rose Amina Sirap quickly penetrated the market as it attracted many consumers due to the stable quality and excellent taste.

Tajmahal
To further expand Sin Seng Yap’s business presence, our founders, Mr. Tan Ah Peng and Madam Lee Saw Kim decided to venture into a new market segment, coffee. The Cap Tajmahal coffee was then established in 1974 with the brand having a long-established reputation. From then and even until now, our traditional roasted coffee or known as Kopi-O in Malaysia has gained popularity and trust among our customers, mainly for its good quality, aroma, and taste.
Dragon Fruit Brand
The Dragon Fruit Brand or Cap Buah Naga has an extensive range of coffee and tea products. The most significant products in the line-up are the Hong-Kong style Coffee and Ceylon Tea Dust. As of current, we not only supply these products in East and West Malaysia, but also to Australia, Hong Kong, and China.

In 2010, Sin Seng Yap aimed higher towards a first-rate grade roasted unground beans by using the Liberica bean from the company’s own coffee plantation, located at Yong Peng, Johor. The famous Kopi Luwak has successfully brought the corporation to another chapter of the retail business.
